Estimating

Once you are pre-qualified for a loan, Country Classic Log & Timber Homes will help you put together the construction costs quote. This quote will include the complete building package and construction allowances.

Project Management

Once the loan documents are signed off and financing is active, it's time to break ground! Country Classic Log & Timber Homes manages every detail of the project from permits and excavation to the final touches. All you have to do is wait for us to hand you the keys!

Application and Permit Administration

Applying for permits and applications is tedious and time consuming for anyone who is unfamiliar with the process. At Country Classic Log & Timber Homes, we work with city and county officials on a regular basis, therefore, understand the process so you don't have to! We also research and apply all community covenant restrictions to your floor plan.

Design & Engineering

Country Classic designs homes in the latest, log home specific, architectural design computer programs, creating the house of your dreams. We have a list of architects and landscape designers that we can work with. Once the plan has initial approval, we interface directly with the building engineers to make sure that your plans are in compliance with all known building codes.

Direct Log Supply

Country Classic Log & Timber Homes is associated with Lockwood Log Supply, who deal directly with the mills. Once you have decided on a log type and species, we will find the best log package to fit your price allowance and home plan.
