At Country Classic Log & Timber Homes, our goal is to make the process of building your log home as easy, and as fun as possible. Although Country Classic can handle much of the process for you, there are still many areas that you will need to take care of directly.

Here is a guide line to help you understand and get though the process smoothly.

• Find a piece of land
• Select a lender, pre qualify and establish a budget
• Call CCLTH for a preliminary meeting to establish log style & square footage that will fit into your plan
• Put together a design team, architect, & landscape designer
• Work on preliminary plans to get a cost breakdown
• Review cost break down
• Establish look and interior finishes
• Preliminary bid and cost break down
• Draw up plans, hire engineers
• Finalize cost breakdown, sign a contract
• Apply for lender financing if need.
• Apply for building permits and any other permits needed, (septic, water, etc.)
• Start construction
• Work with CCLTH on allowance items and interior choices.
• Watch home materialize
• Move in & throw a house warming party
